Once every quarter FIT Aviation recognizes an employee who exemplifies an array of exceptional qualities. Employees recognize one another by nominating someone who presents an outstanding overall work performance, provides extraordinary customer service, and one who is energetic and enthusiastic while maintaining a high level of productivity.
