Flight Instructor Airplane Single Engine Land

The Flight Instructor, Airplane Single Engine Land (ASEL) flight training syllabus is designed to meet or exceed the requirements of 14 CFR Part 141, Appendix F.  Its design will allow an appropriately rated Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot student to acquire the proficiency and experience needed to meet the certification requirements for a U.S. FAA Flight Instructor Pilot (ASEL) Certificate.  The performance criteria specified in the syllabus is based on the current FAA Private Pilot (ASEL), Commercial Pilot (ASEL) and Flight Instructor (ASEL) Practical Test Standards.  All enrolled students of this course must meet these standards before graduation from this course.
